Tournament Guidelines:

  1. The SPC Tournament will consist of four pools, with 5 games being played by each club.  The Tournament Games will be played at two sites, Rose State College in Midwest City, OK and Oklahoma Christian University in Edmond, OK.

  1. Each game will be 7 innings in length with no time limit.  A coin toss by a Tournament Official before each game will determine the home club.  There will be no pre-game infield in this Tournament!

  1. The SPC Tournament run rule will be 8 runs after 5 innings of play or 4 ½ innings of play, depending on the home club’s status.

  1. The SPC Tournament rules will be American League Baseball Rules.  A DH can only be used for the pitcher and there is no re-entry for players.

  1. Two (2) exceptions to The American League rules will be allowed.  They will be courtesy running for the catcher only and the federation slide rule will be strongly enforced.

  1. The club underlined on the bracket will be located in the 3rd base dugout and the Oklahoma Outlaws will always be in the 3rd base dugout.

  1. On July 2 first round play off games will cross bracket Pool A with Pool B and Pool C with Pool D.  These match ups will be determined by how you finish in your Pool play.  July 3 will be the SPC Tournament Semifinal and Championship game day.

  1. Pool A, Pool B, Pool C and Pool D place standings will be determined by the following criteria:
    1. Best Record - Wins - Loses
    2. Head to Head results
    3. Least Runs Allowed for the Tournament
    4. Least Total Team Base on Balls (Walks) for the Tournament

  1. It will be imperative for your score keeper to report your team score and

total base on balls (walks) per game to the SPC Tournament Director at each park.  Please do this immediately after completion of your game.

  1. The SPC Tournament Director will make final decisions on all issues that may occur in the Tournament.  The Tournament Director and the Director of Tournament Officials will make final decisions on all rule or game protests.
